Career Coaches are focused on helping their assigned learner(s) be prepared to start applying to jobs, networking and interviewing. The ultimate goal is to help support them in finding a job in the Microsoft Biz Apps space.
Preferably Career Coaches should be currently or have recently been in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or a Hiring Manager in the Microsoft Biz Apps space so that they have recent and relevant experience in the hiring and selection process.
Coaches advise a learner 1-on-1 and meet bi-weekly with them to improve their resume, LinkedIn profile, practice their elevator pitch, and conduct mock interviews.
Coaches should help their learner prep for upcoming interviews and work with them on any feedback they receive from practice or real interviews.
