Type: Leadership, Part-time volunteer
Reports to: Executive Director
In charge of continual development of the TechFluent learner recruitment program, relationship management of referral organizations, partnering with marketing and long-term vision of learner recruitment for the program.
Leads the effort to recruit and interview new learners.
Coordinates a team of volunteer interviewers.
Sets expectations and provides questions to interviewers.
Participates as a stakeholder/end user to provide requirements for D365 re-implementation.
Collaborates as needed with the board members, alumni and other organizations (e.g. UpGlo) to increase the number of learner applications.
Partners with Marketing if a campaign is needed to increase number of learner applications.
Provides high level understand of learner profiles during the mentor/mentee matching process.
Analyzes learner feedback and shares with LT at the end of each cohort to be incorporated into future cohort planning.

Minimum of 4 hours a week.
Bi-weekly 30 minute 1:1 sync with the Executive Director.
Attend the weekly 1-hour L10 team meetings on Thursdays 4 to 5 pm CT.
