Type: Leadership, Part-time volunteer
Reports to: Executive Director
Full Description
Develops schedules and tracks milestones. Helps prioritize tasks.
PMs the Leadership Team teams tasks and leads To-Do & Planner board updates section of L10.
PMs D365 re-implementation phase 1 (Sept – Nov 2022) and future phases.
Detailed oriented and organized.
Comfortable with planning tools – we currently use Excel, Planner and Mural.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops is beneficial.
Previous experience as a Project Manager or as a Project Coordinator.
Mentor and manage a Project Coordinator Intern (a current or previous TechFluent learner).

Time Commitment
Minimum of 4 hours a week.
Bi-weekly 30 minute 1:1 sync with the Executive Director.
Attend the weekly 1-hour L10 team meetings on Thursdays 4 to 5 pm CT.
